Employment Opportunities: Metrology Engineers

Measure PT Inc., a quality- focused and fast-growing company associated with proficiency testing is looking for more metrology engineers to design, develop, administer and execute proficiency tests / interlaboratory comparisons for calibration and test laboratories. The position is located at our headquarters in Columbia City, Indiana.

Major Responsibilities:

• Design test procedures to meet accuracy, quality, and schedule requirements
• Perform measurements on various artifacts
• Analyze data and produce proficiency test reports
• Support customers by providing information on proficiency testing programs
  and determining if they are applicable to the customers measurement capability

Critical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or engineering and or sufficient experience in metrology
• Familiarity with calibration standards and documents (e.g. ISO 17025)
• Experience in computing/estimating uncertainty of measurements
• Willingness to learn new concepts
• Enthusiasm for metrology!
