Measure PT Inc., a quality-focused and fast-growing company associated with proficiency testing is looking for more adaptive and innovative software developers. The position is located at our headquarters in Columbia City, Indiana.
Major Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java web applications in a fast-paced technical environment
- Support existing Java applications and infrastructure
- Work closely with end users and other IT staff to determine requirements
- Unit-test, develop, and implement solutions
- Research and recommend new technologies, software, and processes
Requirements
The Information Services department provides the key technology platform that is leveraged across all aspects of the company. Applicants should have more than classroom experience in Java. Preferably applicants will have knowledge of various other technologies including but not limited to the following:
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2000
- Eclipse IDE
- Web: HTML, JavaScript, AJAX
- Server: Apache Tomcat, Apache Web Server
